Preserving confidentiality is of the utmost importance to all of us at Bostonian Personnel. All our recruiters have signed confidentiality agreements.
We will NOT forward an attorney’s credentials, IE: resume, transcripts, writing samples, list of clients, or any supporting documentation to any third party without that attorney’s prior knowledge and consent. We will also NOT discuss our relationship with any attorney with any third party without that attorney’s prior knowledge and consent.
Any information supplied to Bostonian by our clients or prospective clients will remain confidential and will be shared ONLY in connection with our efforts to serve that client and ONLY with their authorization.
Our CEO, F. James Perfetuo, is a founding member and former President of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). He was on the Board of Directors and was an integral part of NALSC when it adopted its Code of Ethics.
