Since its inception in 1978, Bostonian Personnel has recruited and placed attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments globally. In doing so, Bostonian Personnel has established its reputation as a valued partner in the process of matching an experienced attorney or group with the right firm and a position with the right experienced attorney. Bostonian also works with law firms to expand their range of specialties by adding practice groups and through mergers, affiliations, and strategic alliances with other law firms, both foreign and domestic.

Our CEO, F. James Perfetuo, is a founding member and former President of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). He was on the Board of Directors and was an integral part of NALSC when it adopted its Code of Ethics. Bostonian does not discriminate in any way.
